The Rooh Gulab (Absolute Rose oil) is prepared by using the complex Hydro-distillation process from the fresh petals of rose flowers.

This Rooh Gulab  Attar is made traditionally in distillery using the same age-old method devised about 400 years ago. The rose flowers used in the process are carefully selected for quality. ‘Rosa damascena’ is used to extract this attar. It was originated in the Indian subcontinent. Thousands of rose petals are collected in jute bags early in the morning. It is estimated that more than 50kgs of these petals are needed for producing about 10ml of pure Ruh Gulab attar. The process used is Hydro-distillation, similar to many other attars.
